To Our Valued U.S. Customers,
Due to recent changes in U.S. international shipping regulations, the De Minimis rule—which previously exempted shipments valued under USD 800 from tariffs—is expected to be removed as of August 28, 2025. In addition, beginning August 27, Japan Post has suspended acceptance of all parcel services (including EMS, airmail, small packets, and surface mail). As a result, we will hold all shipments until the situation changes, unless you request an upgrade to another available shipping option. You can view Japan Post’s official announcement here:

Update 27th november 2025 7pm JST:
For all orders made after 7pm JST on november 27th 2025, Fedex DDP now include tariffs in the final price, no need to contact us for invoice.
For orders made with DHL, orders will be ship in DDU and price does not include tariffs (tariffs to be paid at reception)
For orders made with Japan Post, situation stays the same while Japan Post is still suspended for USA
For orders made before 7pm 27th November 2025 (pre orders included)
Your order will be temporaly hold and you will receive email with insturctions and options to ship your order
For fedex ddp will still request invoice to be paid upfront
For Japan Post, you will have option to upgrade to different service or to keep your order in my private warehouse
Customs
Customs charges and local VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. The mention of tax included refers to Japanese tax.
Customs clearance may take some time depending on the country, we can not do anything to speed up the process.
Preparation
Orders are checked every morning, then prepared and finally shipped.
Packages are usually shipped within 4 business days after receipt of payment. For products in stock to our supplier, we will ship within 10 business days
Preorders are shipped from within 4 business days after we receive the stock.
Shipping Method
For you to save money on shipping cost, we can keep your orders to combine them
For example, Mr Doe makes 3 orders. Instead of paying a fee for each shipment, with My private Warehouse, we will send an invoice with the most accurate price for a single shipment.
With this option, you will save money on shipping fee!
We keep your orders up to one cubic meter. When you want to ship your orders, notify us and we will send you an invoice .
Please contact when you want the situation of your private warehouse and shipping rates. When you ask for shipment, we will prepare your rates within 12 business days. Once the rates are calculated and sent to you, package is ready to ship and you cannot add orders to the shipment. If the total value of your shipments is over 200,000yen, we will charge 3000y for carrier additional paperwork
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Insurrance depends on selected method:
Express methods- EMS/ Fedex/ DHL/ UPS: If lost during transit, insurrance equal to the value decalred on the label. EMS is delivered with signature while Fedex/UPS/DHL are not. If there is an issue once tracking said delivered (damage/stolen) please contact carrier. Once a package is delivered, if something happens after drop-off, we cannot take responsibility, and no refund is available from us or carrier. It's the recipient’s responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the package (e.g. choosing a pickup point or selecting a delivery time when they can be at home).
Economic methods- AIRMAIL/SURFACE: Up to 10000y
Small Economic method- Small Packet register: Up to 6000y. For Our Austalian customer, please be aware tracking number will not update inside Australian territory.
From January 1st 2026: Epacket light: no insurrance. For Our Austalian customer, please be aware tracking number will not update inside Australian territory.
*From 1st January 2026, Japan Post is stopping Small packet register method. All orders made before 1st Jamuary 2026 with Small Packet register will automatically switch to Epacket light
Some shipping method are not available for every countries in zones. If you select a shipping method which is not available in your country, we will contact you to change. Fedex, DHL and UPS are not available for PO box and military base.
Combining orders is only possible if you select monthly shipping order or my private warehouse. If you select an other shipping option, your order will be ship when the last item is available. Orders can't be split in any circunstances.
For Fedex and DHL, in case of delivery attempt, carrier will keep the package 10 business days. If you don't contact them, the package will be treat as abandon
Since october 2020, due to sanitary protocol, fedex driver will not ring to hand the package. He will leave it at your door without knocking or ringing.
Shipping rates for pre-order are estimations based on the weight and size of the product(s). Fee can varie between the moment of the pre order and the release (size estimation, carrier prices going up). In the case the fee you paid cannot cover the shipment, we will take the liberty, if possible, to use an other service in the same categorie (if you paid for an express shipment, will change to an other express method). If not, we will request additional shipping fee.

Product release delay
It happens regularly that the pre-orders are delayed by the manufacturer. In this case, we will change the product release date accordingly and we will notify you. In case of cancelation from manufacture, you will receive full refund.
Change of address
The buyer can save multiple addresses in his profile. It will be imperative to contact the support to request the change for an order being processed.
Return
Requests for return must imperatively be made within 7 days after receipt of the product, via your customer area.
A return number will be assigned for all authorized returns. This number should be put in the package.
Shipping costs will be paid by the customer
Attention: Only new items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Return of used items are not accepted.
Returned Parcel
In case your parcel is returned, we will contact you with information about reason of return and information to procced to new shipment.
Once we sent link for new shipment, if we don't have contact or payment 3 months, we will dispose of the parcel and refund will not be possible
Depending on the return reason (refused, unclaimed), return fee and carrier fee will for the consignee to pay
