This website is operated by Hobby-Genki. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hobby-Genki. Hobby-Genki offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Our prices are made and calculated in japanese yen. If you select an other currency as payment for a pre order, the currency variation will not be adjust while the price in yen remain the same

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Section 12 - Payment, Cancellation and Refund of an order
Any order or pre-order placed on our Service must be paid immediately. The amount of the transaction will be debited within the time limit provided by the payer's payment service. Any order placed on our Service cannot be canceled. It happens that manufacturers and / or distributors delay the release of a product, this does not in any case give the right of cancellation. In the event of force majeure, a pre-order may be canceled and will be refunded. 5% of the initial payment will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. Any cancelation request for an in stock order or a private warehouse will not be accepted. Any complaint to a third party payment service will be treated with these payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
Invoice request, which is a personnal demand from customer, cannot be canceled once complete
Section 13 - Entire agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Section 17- Delivery & Return
Preparation
Orders are checked every morning, then prepared and finally shipped.
Packages are usually shipped within 4 business days after receipt of payment. For products in stock to our supplier, we will ship within 10 business days
Preorders are shipped from the day of product release within 4 business days.
Shipping
Method
We ship from Japan using Japan Post, DHL, UPS and Fedex with their following services.
My Private Warehouse:
For you to save money on shipping cost, we can keep your orders to combine them
For example, Mr Doe makes 3 orders. Instead of paying a fee for each shipment, with My private Warehouse, we will send an invoice with the most accurate price for a single shipment.
With this option, you will save money on shipping fee!
We keep your orders up to one cubic meter. When you want to ship your orders, notify us and we will send you an invoice .
Please contact when you want the situation of your private warehouse and shipping rates. When you ask for shipment, we will prepare your rates within 12 business days. Once the rates are calculated and sent to you, package is ready to ship and you cannot add orders to the shipment
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Insurrance depends on selected method:
EMS/ AIRMAL/ Fedex/ DHL: If lost during transit, insurrance equal to the value declared on the label. If issue is after delivery, we will see case by case.
Small Packet register: Up to 6000y
Some shipping method are not available for every countries in zones. If you select a shipping method which is not available in your country, we will contact you to change. Fedex, DHL and UPS are not available for PO box and military base.
Combining orders is only possible if you select monthly shipping order or my private warehouse. If you select an other shipping option, your order will be ship when the last item is available. Orders can't be split in any circunstances.
For Fedex and DHL, in case of delivery attempt, carrier will keep the package 10 business days. If you don't contact them, the package will be treat as abandon
Since october 2020, due to sanitary protocol, fedex driver will not ring to hand the package. He will leave it at your door without knocking or ringing.
Shipping rates for pre-order are estimations based on the weight and size of the product(s). Fee can varie between the moment of the pre order and the release (size estimation, carrier prices going up). In the case the fee you paid cannot cover the shipment, we will take the liberty, if possible, to use an other service in the same categorie (if you paid for an express shipment, will change to an other express method). If not, we will request additional shipping fee.
Customs
Customs charges and local VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. The mention of tax included refers to Japanese tax.
Customs clearance may take some time depending on the country, we can not do anything to speed up the process.
Product release delay
It happens regularly that the pre-orders are delayed by the manufacturer. In this case, we will change the product release date accordingly and we will notify you. In case of cancelation from manufacture, you will receive full refund.
Change of address
The buyer can save multiple addresses in his profile. It will be imperative to contact the support to request the change for an order being processed.
Do not contact carrier after shipment to make a change of address. This service is not free of charge (1500y per change). Please contact us first to invoice you and confirm the change with the carrier. If you make the change without our approval, we will hold your futur orders until the situation is fixed
Issue with product
If there is a quality control (QC) issue with your order, it is essential that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, any requests after thisd period will not be accepted. Please note that the manufacturer is solely responsible for addressing QC issues. Once we receive your claim, we will reach out the manufacturer to inquire if they can provide a solution. This process is handled on a case-by-casae basis.
For orders stored in my private warehouse or shipped via surface, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to contact the manufacturer, as their complaint window might be closed by the time the issue is raised
Damage box during transportation cannot be considered as an issue with the product if the product itself (figure, cards) are intact
If the parcel is highly damage during transportation, please take picture before, during and after opening and contact the driver immediately before contacting us, to present some proof to carrier
If you are using a third party (proxy etc), the third party will have to open inquiry with carrier. If they can't, we will not be responsible for any damage or issue.
Return
Requests for return must imperatively be made within 7 days after receipt of the product, via your customer area.
A return number will be assigned for all authorized returns. This number should be put in the package.
Shipping costs will be paid by the customer then refund by voucher depending on the reason of the return.
Attention
- Only new items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Return of used items are not accepted.
- Returns must be made in "normal shipping with tracking" (no express mail), otherwise your fees will not be refunded in full.
